  • Q:Can I only use the brand sign of Bingyu Time and purchase all equipment and raw materials on my own?

    No. To maintain our brand and taste, all stores must source equipment and ingredients directly from us.

  • Q:Are there any additional fees when the 3-year contract expires?

    3-Year Term: Renewable upon compliance. Renewal fees apply per current policies.

  • Q:How long does it take from contract signing to store opening?

    Standard stores take 7 days to renovate. With concurrent 7-10 day training, you can open in just 10-15 days.

  • Q:What is the approximate decoration cost? Do we handle the decoration ourselves?

    Renovation costs vary based on store size and specific conditions.

    To ensure brand consistency, we will uniformly provide decoration effect drawings and construction plans, offering a worry-free experience. Additionally, you can also carry out the renovation according to our customized design plans on your own.

  • Q:Important Notice
    In accordance with Article 45 of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China: Individuals suffering from diseases specified by the health administration department of the State Council that may hinder food safety shall not engage in work involving direct contact with ready-to-eat food. Food production and business personnel engaged in such work must undergo annual health examinations and obtain a health certificate before taking their posts.
    The National Health Commission has listed the following diseases in the Catalogue of Diseases that Hinder Food Safety:
    (1) Cholera
    (2) Bacterial and amoebic dysentery
    (3) Typhoid and paratyphoid fever
    (4) Viral hepatitis (Type A and Type E)
    (5) Active pulmonary tuberculosis
    (6) Suppurative or exudative skin diseases.
    As Ice Talk Time operates in the direct-to-consumer food industry, we kindly remind prospective franchisees to confirm that they do not suffer from any of the aforementioned conditions and are able to obtain a valid health certificate. This is to prevent any unnecessary losses in the future.
